Introduction to Horses
Tier I offers an introduction to the basics of horseback riding, horsemanship and horse care. Tier I lessons provide a strong basis in the fundamentals of riding while encouraging riders to have fun.
Introduction to Disciplines
Tier II provides the next step for riders who have completed Tier I or have previous riding experience. We work closely with students to identify skill level and set achievable goals for both horse and rider. Our instructors help improve basic riding skills, like balance and control, while introducing more advanced concepts such as accuracy and effectiveness. For riders looking to delve deeper into hunters, jumpers, or equitation this tier provides a hands-on approach to learning. This tier is great for riders looking to expand their knowledge of horse care and horsemanship as well as more in-depth lessons in the ring. This is a great option for recreational riders looking to expand their skills as well as those looking to level or compete.
A Deep Dive Into Disciplines
Tier III provides the opportunity for riders to take their riding to the next level. Dive more in-depth into your chosen specialty and start refining your skills. These riders should be confident in basic knowledge and skill set before advancing. Here we focus on the individual relationship between horse and rider. We identify obstacles each is having and progress through them together. This tier also has the option of local horse shows.
